Something happened – somewhere along the way, your union went from wonderful to woeful. It seemed like one day everything was fine, and the next, your marriage is heading for a divorce court! You may be scratching your head wondering how you got from there to here. And when you feel that your marriage is heading for a divorce court, you are confused, scared, and worse yet, have no idea what to do about it.
One of the first things you must do is sit down and really think about the past few months or years of your marriage and look for signs of changes in your relationship with your spouse. Make it clear that you want to rekindle the marriage. Explain that you realize that you have neglected the relationship and vow to change your habits.
While it may seem as though your marriage is heading for a divorce court, it doesn’t have to end there. Give your spouse the attention they need and work hard towards rebuilding the bond you once shared, and your relationship will be back on track sooner than you think!
